Research on what makes good supervision has reached a point where we can identify the skills that work best and which do not. This course will review material related to how to improve your supervision skills, areas of conflict, and problems with your supervisees, and how to build your own network. Tips on ways to handle different situations are discussed.

Areas of focus for the course will include the impact supervisors have with the different kinds of supervisees. This course is developed for anyone who is thinking of becoming a supervisor or has been one for many years. Skills and the latest research on effective supervision techniques and tips are discussed. This is a recorded video discussion in an interview format between an experienced supervisor and a clinician with only some experience as a supervisor.
